1 300g pkg frozen spinach, thawed
2 c. sour cream
1 c. real mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 10 oz can water chestnuts, drained + chopped
3 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze excess moisture from spinach. Combine all ingredients in bowl until well combined. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours to allow flavours to blend. To serve hollow out a pumpernickel bread and spoon dip into hollow. Serve with more bread and assorted veggies or crackers.
