1 pkg Knorr Cream of Leek Soup mix
1 c. sour cream
1 14oz can artichoke hearts, chopped & drained
1 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25 min until golden and bubbly. Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
