2 medium oranges
1 lemon
6 medium, ripe pears
6 medium, ripe peaches
6 medium apples
Pinch baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Put oranges and lemons through a food processor; transfer to a large pot. Add baking soda and boil; simmer 10 mins. Peel remaining fruit and chop; add to orange mixture. Measure fruit mixture and add an equal amount of sugar. Boil until thick (about 30 mins.). Pour into sterilized jars then water process 20 mins. Tighten caps.
