1 large onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can black beans
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes with chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2-3 skinless boneless chicken breast

Directions:

Mix together first seven ingredients in a crockpot. Lay chicken breast on top of mixture and cover. Cook 6-8 hours on low. 30 minutes before serving shred or dice chicken and put back into crockpot. Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream and shredded cheese.
