1 stick melted margarine
1/2 c. oil
1c. water
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp margarine
6 tbsp milk
3/4 c. chocolate chips

FIRST STEP: Beat together first 7 ingredients, then add 3 eggs and 1/2 cup buttermilk. Stir and pour into a greased and floured 13 x 18 inch pan. Bake 20-25 minutes @ 350º. Cool completely.
SECOND STEP: Beat 1 cup sugar, Crisco, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp water, salt & vanilla for 5 minutes then add powdered sugar. Spread on cooled cake.
THIRD STEP: For frosting, boil 1 cup sugar, 6 tbsp margarine, 6 tbsp milk for 1 minute. Add chocolate chips and beat until thick then frost the cake.
