1-2 medium potatoes cut in small cubes
1 large onion
1 sweet potato cut in small cubes
small navy beans - handful
barley - handful
lentils - handful
oil for saute"
1 tbs. sugar
Paprika
blk. pepper
garlic powder
5 pieces of fresh garlic
5 Tbsp. onion soup
1 Tbs. honey
2 Tbs. ketchup
cheek meat
marrow bones

Directions:
Directions:
soak beans,lentils and barley over night
brown sugar in oil
add diced onion, saute', add potatoes and brown by turning over in the onion oil mixture, add beans, barley and lentils mix. Add all spices, honey & ketchup
Put in Crock Pot or large pot, add meat 7 bones, cover with water, cook on high till boils, then lower flame or temperture and cook over night.

I prepare the beans,barley, lentils& potatoes -at night - saves a lot of time - put potato kugel before Shabbos in chulent for over night kugel
