1 1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp b.p.
1 tsp salt
1/2 c. oil
7 eggs separated
3/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. vanilla sugar

Directions:
Directions:
mix fl.,sugar,b.p. and salt

make a well and put in oil,yolks,water and vanilla
beat egg whites till stiff with 1 tsp. water and pinch of salt

Bake at 350

To make marble - Take part of batter mi with 1/2 c cocoa and spread on top of batter

To prevent from cake sinking -when taking out of oven turn upside down to cool - on top of bottle neck - also don't
open oven door while baking - best bake in tube pan
