1 env. brown or mushroom gravy
3/4 cup water
2 cups cooked beef
2 cups frozen mixed vegtables, thawed
2 med. potatoes, peeled, cooked cut into chunks
1 12 oz tube buttermilk biscuits separated

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine gravy mix and water until smooth. Bring to a boil, cook and stir until thickened. Stir in beef, mixed vegetables and potatoes, heat through. Transfer into greased 8 inch baking dish. Top with biscuits.
Bake at 400 for 12-16 mins, or until biscuits are golden and gravy mixture is bubbly.
