Crust:
60 Ritz Crackers, crushed
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Butter, melted
Filling:
1 Can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 15 oz. Cans Mandarin Oranges, drained
6 oz. Frozen Orange Juice, thawed
12 Oz. Cool Whip, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the crust ingredients together in a 9X13 Pan,
saving 1/4 C. of mixture for topping.
Pat remaining crumbs down and refrigerate 20 minutes.
Mix Eagle Brand, orange juice and oranges and fold in the Cool Whip. Spread on crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Sprinkle on reserve crumbs before serving.
