8 C. rhubarb (cut up into small pieces)
8 C. water
3 C. sugar
1/2 C. lemon juice
1 pkg strawberry Jello
1 pkg frozen strawberries
2-3 C. vodka

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rhubarb, water and sugar in kettle until rhubarb is soft. Strain off all rhubarb and keep juice. Add one box strawberry Jello while mixture is still hot. Cool by placing kettle in cool water bath with ice in sink to cool down to room temp. While mixture is cooling, put one bag of frozen strawberries in blender and pulverize them. Put juice mixture and strawberries in ice cream pail and add vodka. Freeze until you want to use it. Serve with Diet 7-Up or Diet Sprite (regular pop is too sweet).
