Raspberry Rhubarb Cake Recipe

4 C. fresh rhubarb, coarsely chopped
3/4 C. sugar
1 - 3 oz. raspberry Jello
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/2 C. butter, melted
1 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spread rhubarb evenly into ungreased 9X13 glass pan. Sprinkle with sugar, then sprinkle with dry raspberry Jello. Sprinkle with dry cake mix. Pour butter evenly over top of cake mix layer, then pour water over top. Bake 45-50 min. Serve at room temperature. Refrigerate leftovers.

**If using frozen rhubarb, reduce water to 1/2 C.
