1 graham crust
2 or 1 1/2 containers of Tofu Plain Cream chees
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. van. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 can of pie filling of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients till smooth in hand blender or mixer
pour batter into pie crust
bake till top of batter is not liquidy about 20 -30 min., add pie filling and bake for another 10-15 min.

If you don't want a fruit filling you can add chocolate syrup and cut into batter, or make a chocolate soft frosting on top or just keep it plain and put choc. shavings for decoration
