12 oz chocolate chips, melted
1 1/8 lb powdered sugar
1/2 C softened butter or margarine
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 capfuls mint extract

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and butter, add eggs and flavorings. Stir well. Add the melted chocolate and beat well. This can be squeezed through a cookie press. I roll into balls and then roll in candy sprinkles, chopped nuts or coconut. Chill on cookie sheets until firm.
