1 c. shortening
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
3 eggs
3 c. all -purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream shortening, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Roll into 1-1/2 balls and place 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 375 º for 10 - 15 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
