Ingredients:  
1 c. rice
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla 1/c sugar
1tsp. almond extract
1 tbs. margarine
7/8 c. orange juice or pareve milk
cinnamon
1 c. raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
cook and drain rice
melt and add margarine and mix
beat and add eggs,and rest of ingredients
sprinkle cinnamon on top and bake for 1/2 hr or untill top is crusty at 350
