1/2 cup tomatoes (diced)
1/2 cup carrots (matchstick size)
1/3 cup scallions
1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
1 Tbsp basil herb paste
1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese (crumbled)
2 med zucchini (pealed and cut)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except zucchini in salad bowl. Cut zucchini into thin lengthwise strips using vegetable peeler. Peel until reaching core with seeds (discard inner portion).

Toss to coat; chill until ready to serve.
