4 (1oz) squares unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup butter or margarine
2 1/3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/8 cup flour
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 (8oz) cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Coat the bottom and sides of a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a small pan, mix the chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Transfer the chocolate mixture to a medium bowl and stir in 2 cups sugar, 3 eggs, and vanilla. Add 1 cup flour and walnuts, stir until mixture is well blended. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish. In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg, and 1/8 cup flour until well blended. Spoon mixture evenly over the chocolate layer. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
