1 Tbsp butter
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 onion (minced)
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 can tomato soup
1 cup water
1 egg
1 lb ground beef
2 slices soft bread (torn)
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large pot. Add pepper and onion - cook until tender. Stir in soups and water. Heat to boiling, turn down heat and simmer, stirring occasionally.

Make meatballs:
Beat egg slightly in bowl - add beef, bread, milk and salt. Shape into meatballs (size of ping-pong balls).

Drop balls into simmering sauce and cook slowly for about 1 hour or until sauce thickens.

Serve on top of mashed potatoes.
