12 slices white bread
12 slices American cheese
Approx 1 lb of cooked sausage links cut up or 1 lb cubed ham
6 eggs
2 1/2 C milk
salt and pepper
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
for 8x 11 or 9x 13 in pan. Trim crust and butter 12 slices of bread. Place 6 on bottom of pan butter side up. Place 1 slice of cheese on each piece of bread. Sprinkle with half of precooked meat. Repeat layer with bread, cheese and meat. Beat eggs with milk. Pour over ingredients in pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsely.Set over night in refrigerator. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
