8 oz softened cream cheese (Philadelphia works best)
3-4 small containers Cool Whip (depending on how many pies you make and how rich you want it to tast)
1 cup boiling water
1 large box raspberry jello
1 pkg frozen raspberries

Directions:
Combine cheese and cool whip in large bowl, set aside. In another pan, mix water, jello, and raspberries. Add raspberry mixture (before it sets up) to the cream cheese mixture and mix together with electric mixture. Put into pie shells. Store bought graham cracker crust works well. Also taste good with home made pie crust. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
