2 3/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup margarine or butter, soft
1 tsp vanilla
5 eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour bundt cake pan. Beat sugar, butter, vanilla, and eggs on low speed, scraping bowl constantly for 30 seconds. Beat on high speed, scraping bowl occasionally for 5 minutes. Beat in flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk. Mix on low speed. Pour into pan. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 70-80 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before removing from pan.
