16 oz can artichoke hearts
8 oz bag mozzarella cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayo
dash of garlic powder
1 pk frozen spinach
Directions:
Directions:
Drain and pulverize artichoke hearts
Thaw and drain spinach
Combine all ingredients and mix well
Put mixture in an 8x8 dish
Bake at 325º for 20-25 minutes
Serve on or with what ever you like best...
goes well with tortilla chips or spread on baguette slices
