1 (3oz) pkg lemon jello
1 cup hot water
1 cup evaporated milk, chilled and whipped
1 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup butter
28 graham crakers, crushed
1 cup whipping cream, whipped and sweetened
1-2 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen

Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water; cool and blend in whipped milk. In seperate bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar. Gently combine jello mixture with cream cheese mixture and then fold in lemon juice. In another bowl, melt butter and combine with graham crackers. Place 1/2 of crumbs on bottom of 13x9 inch pan; top with jello/cream cheese mixture. Sprinkly with remaining crumbs. Chill at least 3 hours.
