1 (6oz) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
24 foil cupcake holders
pie filling, or fruit

Directions:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Place one vanilla wafer in each cupcake foil. Fill 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake 10 minutes at 375º. Let cool and top with pie filling or fruit.
