2 boxes chopped spinach
2 cups Peppridge Farms Herb Stuffing
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 onion mixed
6 eggs beaten
1/2 cup soft butter
1/2 t. thyme
1 t. salt
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw & drain very well, the frozen chopped spinach. Mix ingredients together & form into balls the size of a quarter. Place on cookie sheet & freeze. Must be frozen before baking.

Bake from frozen state for about 15 minutes at 350º.

Yummy when having a big party or just couple of friends. Just make ahead & freeze until ready to bake & serve, presto, instant party! Recipe came from my good friend Sue Jobes 35 years ago!!!
