2 1/4 cups flour
2/3 cups cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 9-12 minutes.
