1/4 cup whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the fruit into chunks including the rinds, add the remaining ingredients and cover with water. Simmer on the stove or in a potpourri pot. Add water when needed. Will last indefinitely.
