1/2 cup confectioners sugar/powdered sugar
1/4 cup Crisco solid vegetable shortening
Food coloring (color optional)
1 tsp McCormick pure peppermint extract
Directions:
Directions:
Beat confectioners/powdered sugar and shortening in medium bowl for 2 minutes or until smooth. Mix in food coloring, 1 drop at a time until desired color is achieved. Mix in peppermint extract. Using spatula, transfer lip balm to decorative container. Cover and keep at room temperature.
