1 pkg Black Beans
1 whole Onion
1/2 Cup Oil
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soak black beans in water overnight.
Boil black beans in plenty of water until beans are soft.
Saute diced onion in oil, then blend beans in with oil and onion. Add water until desired consistence is reached (your want the beans to be smooth). Salt to taste.

If you forget to soak your beans, just boil them longer. If you have a lot of time, put all the ingredients in the crock pot and leave on all day.
