1 lb. lean hamburger
1 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
Bread crumbs
Catsup
Cooking sherry
1/4 cup sugar
Oregano
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix hamburger with minced onion, garlic and bread crumbs. Form into tiny balls. Bake at 325ºF until brown.

2. In a separate pot, mix 1 part catsup with 1 part cooking sherry. Add oregano to taste, plus about 1/4 cup sugar. Bring to a boil, then turn down to simmer. Add meatballs and simmer. Let marinate overnight in refrigerator. Serve hot on toothpicks.
