2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 lb. Jack cheese, cubed
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 bunch spinach, washed and chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced

1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well in the order given. Pour into 1 1/2 quart Pyrex baking dish (9 x 13 inches). Bake at 325F for 35 minutes.
