4 eggs
1/2 c. butter, cut up
3 Tbsp. cottage cheese
2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs well and add grated cheese, cottage cheese, butter Bisquick and buttermilk. Stir well.

2. Bake in well-greased pan at 350ºF for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Use 13 x 9 1/4 x 2 inch pan. Cut into small pieces and serve.
