4 c. Jack and Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. butter, softened
1 pint cottage cheese
1 pint sour cream
12 eggs, separated
12 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix yolks, cheeses, butter, and sour cream. Beat egg whites till stiff; fold into mixture.

2. Heat tortillas and cover bottom of rectangular pan. Alternate with layers of cheese mixture. Bake in 350F for 40 minutes.
