1 1/2 lb flank steak
1/2 c soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
3 T brown sugar
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds, reserved

Directions:
Directions:
Cut flank steak into strips. Place all ingredients except reserved sesame seeds into a food saver bag and marinate for at least 4 hours. Thread meat evenly onto 12 bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water for two hours. Cook skewers of beef on grill. Heat marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil to baste beef while cooking. When beef skewers are finished cooking, remove from the grill. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

Toast sesame seeds in a dry fry pan over medium heat until lightly toasted. Watch carefully so as not to burn the sesame seeds.
