16 oz cream cheese
11 oz goat cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 oz pesto (Trader Joes Artichoke, Parmesan and Lemon)
8 oz jar sundried tomatoes packed in olive oil, drained and minced

Directions:
Directions:
Let cream cheese and goat cheese soften at room temperature. Mix cheese with garlic. Line a casserole dish with plastic wrap. Put 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture in the dish, sundried tomatoes, 1/3 cream cheese mixture, pesto and remaining cream cheese mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least an hour. To serve, turn upside down on a platter; garnish with fresh basil. Serve with crackers.

At christmas I use a round jello mold, and garnish with basil. It resembles a wreath.
