4 T. butter
2 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 lb. raw shrimp, chopped
1 raw lobster tail, chopped
Tortilla chips
1 med. tomato, chopped
1/3 c. green onion, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar and jack cheese
Sour cream
Salsa

Directions:

Melt butter in large pan. Add garlic and saute. Add shrimp and lobster and cook until done. In 9x13 in. pan, place a layer of tortilla chips. Top with 1/2 of the tomato, 1/2 of the green onion and 1/2 of the cheese. Add another layer of chips and top with remaining tomato, onion and cheese. Sprinkle lobster and shrimp mixture on top. Bake at 350ºF for about 10 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
