14 oz. can of artichoke hearts (not marinated), coarsely chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 triangle Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Dash of Tabasco
2 cloves of garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and put into an oven proof dish. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Serve with crackers.
