2 tsp. oil
2 tsp. dried basil leaves
2 garlic cloves, minced or equivalent jarred garlic
4 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. frozen chicken or cheese tortellini
1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes with juice
1-2 c. frozen California blend vegetables
1-2 c. chicken, cooked & diced

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, heat oil with basil leaves and crushed garlic. Add broth, salt, pepper and tortellini. Bring to a boil and then simmer 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, vegetables
and chicken. Again bring to a boil and then simmer 10 minutes longer before serving.

Can use fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, or/and carrots) as you have on hand and pre-cook slightly before adding to soup.
