1 bunch romaine lettuce, rinsed & torn
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. cashews (almonds, opt.)
1 medium pear peeled & thinly sliced
1/4 c. cranberries, dried
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine romaine, cheese, nuts, pear slices and cranberries in a salad bowl. Refrigerate until serving time. In a jar with a tight lid combine oil, sugar, lemon juice, poppy seeds, mustard and salt. Shake well and refrigerate. Immediately before serving drizzle part or all of dressing over salad, toss to coat and serve.
