2 lb frozen hashbrowns
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large white onion
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
16 oz. sour cream
2 cups corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost hashbrowns.
Mix 1 stick of butter with 1 cup of onions (chopped), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 8 oz. cheddar cheese, 1 tsp. garlic salt and salt to taste and then the 16 oz. sour cream.

pour into greased 9 X 13 pan.

Melt 1/2 stick of butter and mix with 2 cups of corn flakes. Place over potato mixture.

Bake uncovered 1 - 1 1/4 hours.
