10 links Italian Sweet Sausage
10 links Italian hot sausage
2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
3 large onions
5 large green peppers
5 large red peppers
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put sausages in a pan and bake, uncovered for about 50 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn over halfway thru cook time.

Core peppers and slice into strips, not to thin about 1 inch strips.

Peel onions and slice - not to thin,
Place peppers and onions, parsley and olive oil in a deep frying pan. Sprinkle salt and pepper until fairly soft, covered for about a half hour on low heat. stir now and then.

Take sausages out of the oven and place the sausage on a platter and place peppers and onions on platter also.
