3 Tablespoon Butter
1/4 cup Flour
4 cups Milk
2 cup peeled diced Potatoes
1/2 cup chopped Onion
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt Butter in heavy saucepan over low heat. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Add milk, potatoes, onions and salt & pepper.
Simmer-stirring often for about 30 mins. or until mixture has thickened and potatoes are done.
