1/3 cup Ketchup ( For Mix)
1 cup Ketchup ( For Sauce)
2 Lbs Ground Beef
1 Egg, Beaten
3/4 Tsp. Garlic Salt
6 Oz. Tomato Paste
1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
3 Tsp. Bread Crumbs
2 Tsp. Onion Flakes
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 - 11/2 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, 1/3 cup ketchup, breadcrumbs, egg, onion flakes, garlic salt and pepper. Mix Well.

Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Place on cookie sheet and bake 18 minutes. Then Place in Crock Pot.

Combine 1 cup ketchup, brown sugar, tomato paste, soy sauce, vinegar and hot pepper sauce. Pour over meatballs.

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
