3 large Vidalia onions, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons butter melted
2 cups 8 (ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
1 glove garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until tender.
Combine onion, cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, and garlic, stir well.
Pour into your baking dish.
Bake, uncovered at 375º degrees for 20-25 mins. or until bubbly and golden.
