5 potatoes
8 slices bacon
1 c. celery
1/3 c. onion
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Boil potatoes and cube. Fry bacon and crumble. Mix everything together and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
