1 Envelope of Lipton Recipe Secrets Vegetable Soup Mix
1 16 oz. Sour Cream
1/2 cup of Mayo
1/2 teaspoon of Lemon Juice
1 package of frozen chopped spinach (10 oz.), thawed and squeeze dryed
1 chopped apple

Directions:

Mix the sour cream, mayo and lemon juice. Next add the vegetable mix, spinach and apple. Mix all ingredients completely together making sure the spinach is not clumped together.

It is best to make the dip several hours before serving so the mixture can chill and blend together.
