1 3/4 C. Oatmeal
1 3/4 C. Flour
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 t. Soda
1 C. Butter, melted
4 Egg Yolks
1 1/2 C. Sugar
3 T. Cornstarch
2 C Sour Cream
2 C. Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, & soda. Blend well. Add butter & mix well. Pat 2/3 of mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake 15-20 minutes @ 350. Cool. Combine remaining ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat & boil 5-10 minutes. Stir often so it does not scorch. Pour over crumb layer. Cover with remaining crumbs. Bake 20 minutes @ 350.

I remember Mom making these bars when I was little. My Mother-in-law made these bars and it instantly reminded me of Mom. It may not be Mom's actual recipe, but it has got to be close to it.
