2 14oz. cans black-eyed peas drained and rinsed
1 14oz. can white hominy drained and rinsed
4 tomatoes chopped
4 green onions chopped
1 garlic clove minced
1 green pepper chopped
1 jalapeņo pepper seeded and chopped
1/2 cup red onion chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
1 8oz. bottle Zesty Italian dressing

Directions:

Mix all well, cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Stir before serving with chips or as a salad.
