1 (10 Ounce) package of Artichoke Hearts
1 1/2 lb frozen, cleaned and cooked shrimp
1 Lb. Sliced Mushrooms
7 Tbsp. Butter
3 Tbsp. Flour
2 Cups Milk
1/8 Tsp. Salt
Dash of Pepper
1/4 Cup Dry Sherry
1 Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, Grated

Directions:
Directions:
In a frying pan, cook mushrooms in four tablespoons of butter until tender. Place Artichokes, shrimp, and mushrooms in a greased casserole. Combine three tablespoons butter, flour, milk and pepper in a pot. - stirring constantly - Cook until Bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in Sherry and Worchestershire Sauce. Pour over mixture in casserole. Sprinkle Cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes until bubbly.
