1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 t. sugar
1 lb. package shredded coleslaw mix
1 large Granny Smith apple, cored & thinly sliced
3/4 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix together the dressing ingredients. Add the slaw mix, apples, and raisins. Toss to coat. Let rest for 5 minutes and toss again. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and preferably overnight before serving.
